ATLANTA - A loss is never a good thing. Fake Black Friday Shoes .Yet some are better than others.Take the Atlanta Falcons, who showed plenty of fight at Lambeau Field before their second-half comeback came up just short against the Green Bay Packers. The 43-37 setback didnt bump the Falcons (5-8) out of first place in the woeful NFC South, and it actually gave them a positive outlook heading into Sundays game against the Pittsburgh Steelers (8-5).Theres no give-up, Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan said. Theres a belief that regardless of the situation, we can make things happen. The Falcons were embarrassed in the first half by the Packers, falling behind 31-7, but nearly pulled off an improbable rally on a night when Julio Jones set a franchise record with 259 yards receiving. If the Falcons are feeling that positive about a loss, just imagine what kind of high the Steelers must be on. Theyre coming off an impressive 42-21 victory at Cincinnati that pulled Pittsburgh within a half-game of division-leading Bengals in the jumbled AFC North. We just have a hungry bunch that wants to take advantage of the opportunity in front of us, defensive end Cam Heyward said. I think everybody knows we have to take advantage of this from here on out. The playoffs start now for us.The Steelers are eager to get back to the post-season after missing out the past two seasons. They havent endured a three-year playoff drought since 1998-2000.While tough to figure out, Pittsburgh has already matched its win total from each of the past two seasons. Unfortunately for the Steelers, their division is the exact opposite of Atlantas, the only one in the NFL in which all four teams are above .500.Im not going to reflect on the season right now or whats beyond this game. Its the here and now, said Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who threw three TD passes against the Bengals. He said theres no chance of a letdown against Atlanta, even though the Steelers have some inexplicable losses on their record.Theyre a division leader, Roethlisbrger said of the Falcons, so theyve got everything to play for as well.Plagued by tackling issues, the Atlanta defence will have its hands full trying to bring down Pittsburgh running back LeVeon Bell, who has put together three straight games of at least 200 yards in total offence. How impressive is that? Hall of Famer Walter Payton is the only other player in NFL history to do it.Heres some things to watch for when Falcons host the Steelers at the Georgia Dome:JULIOS HEALTH: Jones went out with a hip injury late in the game against the Packers, and it will be a huge loss if he cant go Sunday. Falcons coach Mike Smith said his top receiver was making good progress less than 48 hours after the game and its not imperative that he get any practice time this late in the season. Jones leads the NFL with 1,428 yards receiving on 93 catches. He kept us in the game, fellow receiver Roddy White said. Especially the last five or six weeks, hes been really turning it on.DEFENDING BIG BEN: Roethlisberger is on track for the best season of his career. Hes already thrown for 4,055 yards, second only to Andrew Luck, with 29 touchdowns and just eight interceptions. Now hes going against a Falcons defence that has given up more passing yards than any other team and is tied for the fewest sacks with 15.FALCONS LINE: Atlantas patchwork offensive line has made significant improvement when it comes to protecting Ryan and opening up holes for the running game. They have been together for six games and are performing much better than was expected from a group that has undrafted rookie James Stone at centre and undrafted second-year player Ryan Schraeder at right tackle.BELLWETHER BELL: Bell, the NFLs second-leading rusher, might be the only one not concerned about his sizable workload. Sure, its a lot, but in some ways its a scaled-back version of the burden he carried during his college career at Michigan State. Bell is on pace for 385 touches, which is actually less than the 436 he had during his final season with the Spartans in 2012. The Steelers are 5-1 when Bell has at least 20 carries.CHANGE UP: The Steelers have struggled against underachieving teams this season, with losses to the woeful Jets and Buccaneers. While coach Mike Tomlin insists he has not altered his approach against the Falcons, there was a noticeable uptick in attendance on scheduled day off.___AP NFL website: www.pro32.ap.org and http://twitter.com/AP_NFL___AP Sports Writer Will Graves in Pittsburgh contributed to this report. Cheap Black Friday Shoes .ca! Hi Kerry, Im sure youve received many emails wondering what your take is on the Spezza goal that looked like Neil blatantly kicked it in while standing directly in the middle of the crease where, you know, usually a goalie is to make a save but couldnt be due to Neil being there! Thanks! Jon - Westfield, MA Jon: Lets first ask Henrik Lundqvist what he thought of the scoring of the Sens second goal with . Black Friday Shoes Store .ca. Hi Kerry, Thursday nights Bruins-Blackhawks game had a goal by Patrice Bergeron initially waved off by the referee, but video review clarified it was a good goal. https://www.shoesblackfriday.com/ . LOUIS -- To stay a step ahead of goaltenders, T.Dustin Brown deflected in a Willie Mitchell slapshot for the game-winning goal in double overtime, as the Los Angeles Kings rallied to defeat the New York Rangers 5-4 in Game Two of the Stanley Cup Final, taking a 2-0 series lead. The Rangers held 2-0 and 4-2 leads in the game, but couldnt hold off the Kings, who have won three straight games in the postseason without holding a lead at any point in those three gaames. Brown, the double-OT hero, finished the game with the worst possession stats among Kings skaters. Mitchell, the 37-year-old veteran, logged 34:07 to rank third (behind the top pair of Drew Doughty -- 41:41! -- and Jake Muzzin) among Kings defencemen for time on ice. It was the first time since February 25, 2012 that defensive-minded Mitchell, who scored the Kings second goal, had a goal and an assist in the same game. (Incidentally, in all that ice time, Doughty had no shots on goal and only one attempt.) While Mitchell might count as some unexpected production, the Kings are getting used to big performances from RW Justin Williams, who had three assists to give him 23 points in 23 playoff games, tied with Jeff Carter, two points behind Anze Kopitar for the lead in the playoffs. Williams has eight points in his past four games, a stretch during which hes been on for 57.5% of the 5-on-5 shot attempts when hes on the ice. In a game that had many brilliant and exciting plays, the one that stands out, unfortunately, was the Kings third goal, scored 1:58 into the third period, when Kings LW Dwight King plowed into Henrik Lundqvist as D Matt Greenes shot from the point deflected off King into the net, cutting the Rangers lead to 4-3. Considering other goaltender interference calls in the playoffs, and even earlier in this game, its hard to fathom how King was granted immunity for invading Lundqvists crease, but it paid off and King had a strong night in general, adding an assist and on for 63% of the 5-on-5 shot attempts when he was on the ice. Rangers D Ryan McDonagh collided with King at the edge of the crease on that goal, though King was already in the blue paint at that point. McDonagh was front and centre in the action, scoring a goal and an assist for the Rangers, but McDonagh was also on the ice for the last three Kings goals. Black Friday Shoes China. After the King goal, McDonagh had the puck deep in the Rangers zone, tripped over Derek Stepan and turned it over to Marian Gaborik, leading to the game-tying goal. In overtime, McDonagh was matched up on Brown as he tipped in the game-winning goal. LW Mats Zuccarello was a threat for the Rangers, launching a game-high 11 shot attempts towards the Kings net. Only three of those made it on net, but Zuccarello did put up a goal and an assist, giving him 13 points for the playoffs. RW Martin St. Louis scored a nice one-time goal for the Blueshirts, but was dominated in terms of possession, on the ice for nine shot attempts for and 27 against during 5-on-5 play. The Rangers line of Chris Kreider, Rick Nash and Derek Stepan was territorially dominant, on for more than 64.0% of the 5-on-5 shot attempts when they were on. Kreider had an assist and had eight shot attempts, but was impressive physically, recording a game-high nine hits. Nash had a game-high eight shots on goal (10 attempts), but couldnt find his way to the scoresheet -- the story of his playoffs, as he has the best puck possession stats of Rangers forwards, yet has three goals and 10 points through 22 playoff games. The Rangers have every right to be upset about how the Kings third goal was scored but, in the big picture, cant be entirely discouraged by the way the first two games in Los Angeles turned out. They got bad breaks that cost them in overtime, but the Rangers had enough opportunities in two road games to believe that they can hang with the Kings. Odds are against the Rangers coming all the way back, but lets see what they have upon returning to Madison Square Garden. If this years playoffs have revealed anything, its that leads, both in games and series, are not as safe as they once were.
