adidas Consortium plans on having an awesome Adidas Hamburg 2016, as the three stripes running category will be making stops at some of the world's most influential sneaker shops in an effort to pay homage to how real sneakeheads had to make long treks in order to find some of the rarest footwear gems back in the day. The global collaborative effort has teamed up with famous artist Jeremyville to add his unique aesthetic that mixes animations with a sense of humor to honor the year-long journey. Some of the brand's most iconic models will see collaborations from shops like KITH, Nice Kicks, Berlin's own Solebox, Slam Jam in Milan, and Footpatrol in London.

Luxe white Primeknit fills the entire construction, as is par for the course with the higher-end diffusion, continuing allure and tonal variance with a separating dark grey weave that creates a faux mudguard from the toe cap to the heel. Along Adidas Gazelle Red the profile cages a deep green arrives in the form of the typical Three Stripes, calling to that same earth tone hit found on some of the most prevalent colorways of the tennis shoe staple. That same earth tone finds its way on the piping of the rear support cap as Adidas Grey Sneakers well as the various iconography along the tongue tab and speciality insoles.

A similar bleeding look comes through on the adidas Consortium Watercolor Animal Print Pack , a wild theme that brings together the adidas Originals Tech Super , Matchplay and Strider for a set that released over the weekend at adidas boutiques in London and Berlin, and is now available at select additional retailers including SNS .Adidas Consortium is collaborating with Aberdeen-based retailer Hanon to create a shoe inspired by the ever-changing Scottish weather. The adidas Consortium x Hanon "Dark Storm" puts several unique spins on the adidas New York Adidas Gazelle Grey silhouette that embody the dark clouds that sweep over eastern Scotland during a rainstorm.

The outside panel of the shoe is highlighted by its simplicity as adidas removes the three stripes and replaces them with a clean burnished burgundy finish. The medial inside of this luxurious model comes equipped with a colorfully embroidered floral Batik-inspired design paying tribute to the sneaker's Southeast Asian origin. Finally, the Superstar's most recognizable trait  the toe shell  receives a burgundy colored gradient that is supposed to mirror a classic leather sofa.

Yohji Yamamoto and adidas Consortium are back with two new editions of the Y's Super Position . Last seen in 2013, the unique reinterpretation of the Superstar featuring hanging "tassel" stripes and a smooth shelltoe hits the market again in continually trending monochromatic all-black and all-white colorways. Both colorways are constructed in premium leather, with the white version remaining white from top to bottom, while the black version receives a white heel tab. Both of the new Y's Super Position colorways will begin selling on January 31st at select adidas Consortium stockists.

Yohji Yamamoto is one of adidas' longest standing partners, his unique Japanese perspective influencing various Three Stripes models for almost a decade Adidas Gazelle Mens now. His Y's imprint, one that exists separately from the Y-3 range, will make its presence felt in 2013 via this adidas Consortium Super Position pack. The duo of sneakers borrow the shape of the immortal Superstar silhouette and decide to mix around the details utilized across the upper. Most striking is the removal of the side stripes, which are replaced here with a set of zig-zagging threads. Said threads hang down at a length that extends beyond the height of the shoe, ending up as a much less visually obtrusive take on the Jeremy Scott approach of sneaker garnishes.
